The Farm

Light Farms is run by Joshua and Megan Light. We keep a small herd of Jersey cows, an orchard and muscadine vines, a flower garden, and a laying flock — and we turn what they give us into things you can take home.

Everything is local pickup only. Availability moves with the season, so the honest answer to “what do you have?” is always: ask us this week.

The Animals

The Jersey cows are the center of the farm. Their milk goes into the soap, and they raise their own calves on pasture.

Also on the farm: chickens, turkeys, kunekune pigs, and a palomino.
